ZESTRON to Exhibit at SMTA Michigan Expo and Tech Forum

Manassas, VA –  ZESTRON, a provider of high precision cleaning products, services and training solutions in the electronics manufacturing and semiconductor industries, will feature HYDRON® SE 220, the latest in pH neutral cleaning solutions at SMTA Michigan Expo and Tech Forum.

Since the introduction of its first pH neutral defluxing agent in 2010, ZESTRON continues expanding its application reach through a range of innovative environmentally friendly products. Additions to both the VIGON® and HYDRON® product lines have shown excellent pH neutral cleaning alternatives not only within the SMT arena but semiconductor as well.

HYDRON® SE 220 is a pH neutral, water-based, single-phase cleaning agent specifically developed for use in immersion and ultrasonic processes. HYDRON® SE 220 removes flux residues from a wide range of semiconductor electronics, such as leadframes, discrete devices, power modules, power LEDs, flip chips, and CMOS following the die attach process.
