X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) is a fast and accurate analytical technique that uses x-rays’ interaction with a material to determine its elemental composition. It is a non-destructive test that can be applied to the analysis of solids, liquids and powders. XRF is also the method of choice for determining the thickness and composition of coatings.
