SMT Elektronik GmbH was renamed to Cicor Deutschland GmbH as of September 1, 2022

By integrating the company, which was founded in 1990 and has around 130 employees at its site in Dresden, Cicor Group is specifically expanding its Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business in Germany and becoming an even more important provider in Europe’s largest market for sophisticated electronics.

The integration into the EMS division of the Cicor Group opens up new opportunities for the customers of the former SMT Elektronik as well as of the Cicor Group. Complementary technologies and synergies in materiel sourcing will result in a broader range of services for them with immediate effect.

The site in Dresden and the Cicor company RHe Microsystems GmbH from Radeberg, which is only a few minutes away, are managed as one organizational unit.
