TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components has stock for immediate shipment of Nexperia’s 74LVC1G14 Series single Schmitt trigger inverter. The 74LVC1G14 provides the inverting buffer function with Schmitt trigger input. It can transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. The input can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of this device in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment. Schmitt trigger action at the input makes the circuit tolerant for slower input rise and fall time.
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications. The 74LVC1G14 series is available in four, five, or six terminal packages as small as 0.6mm x 0.6mm. This product has been qualified to the AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications.
