SIA Webinar April 1st: Diversity and Inclusion in the Semiconductor Industry
Join us tomorrow, Thursday, April 1 at 1:00 pm EDT for the complimentary SIA Webinar Diversity and Inclusion in the Semiconductor Industry. Please be sure to register for this event.
How can the semiconductor industry improve the diversity and inclusion of its workforce? The semiconductor industry recognizes the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce. Like many sectors, however, the industry has been challenged in reflecting and benefiting from the full diversity of our country. Industry leaders are working to overcome this challenge through programs and initiatives to recruit, retain, and promote a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Where have these programs been successful, where can they improve, and what lessons has the industry learned from them?
Please join a distinguished panel of industry experts for a conversation on what member companies are doing to improve diversity and inclusion within their workforce. Panelists include: Sharawn Connors, Vice President of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Micron Technology; Joy Dettorre, Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader at IBM; Emily Reilly, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES; and Reuben Miller, Director, Human Resources Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact Office at Intel Corporation. The session will be moderated by Falan Yinug, Director of Industry Statistics and Economy Policy at SIA.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow at 1:00 pm EDT for the complimentary webinar!
