Precision Actuator Experts from Harmonic Drive UK at Engineering Design Show
Gearing specialist invites engineers to talk about their upcoming projects
Design engineers in the aerospace, medical or automotive industries are invited to discuss their upcoming projects with high precision actuator manufacturer Harmonic Drive UK at this year’s Engineering Design Show. Representatives will also be showcasing the company’s range of gear systems and servo actuators, including the CanisDrive Hollow Shaft Servo Actuator range, from stand G50 on October 17 and 18, 2018 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
Government initiatives like the UK’s industrial strategy are pressing businesses to increase the level of investment in research and development (R&D) in their sector. At this year’s Engineering Design Show, Harmonic Drive® will demonstrate to visitors the importance of considering any specialist components at the start of the design process, to reduce costs and time constraints when bringing the product to market.
For many areas of industry, the quality of the final product depends on the precise production of the servo actuators. Harmonic Drive® lightweight Hollow Shaft Servo Actuators, like the CanisDrive Series, are designed to be easily integrated into industrial applications where high accuracy, high torque and low weight is imperative.

The Midlands-based engineering event will feature a wide range of free-to-attend workshops and talks exploring best practice, modern design techniques and industry issues, from over 25 keynote speakers.
