Optical-Control GmbH Hires Industry Veteran to Lead North American Team

Optical-Control GmbH & Co. KG, a leader in automated component counting technology using X-ray imaging, has hired Mr. Todd O’Neil to build and manage its team in North America.

Managing Director Wolfgang Peter stated, “We were the first company in the world to offer this solution and have had global success at major OEMs and CMs. We have waited to start in North America but we feel it is time. Mr. O’Neil has been in the electronics manufacturing industry for more than 25 years, and with his industry knowledge and sales network experience he is sure to help us with our growth strategies throughout North America. The entire team and I are excited to work with him and to expand our company into this important market.”

We also have the important advantage of building our products and testing them in a factory where we have an unlimited supply of component reels.”
