Jason Spera, CEO and founder of Aegis Software, has developed manufacturing operations management solutions that are installed in over 2200 sites worldwide. Dorigo Systems is in the process of implementing the Aegis Software solution and he describes the ongoing journey to improve the customer experience, the ultimate goal of Industry 4.0.
