With a combined age of over 100, Marco and Philip have been working in the technology manufacturing and supply chain space for more years than they can remember. The grey hair and lack of hair confirm that they have been around the block a few times. Both have a passion for technology and for digital transformation and what it can do for manufacturing and indeed for society as a whole. Both regularly contribute to panels and publications and both host their own regular podcasts. In ‘Manufacturing Talk’, Marco and Philip tackle the big issues, sharing their own opinions and insights as well as those of their high profile guests. In this opening episode they explore the big issues related to US/China relations, regionalization of manufacturing, government incentives and the elephant in the room, the COVID-19 pandemic. Next month they will be reviewing the big stories of the day and both will be introducing their own guests to the show in their ‘open mic’ slot.
