Latest Research on Conformal Coatings Presented by Dr. Nebioglu of Dymax Corporation at ICULTA-2018

Torrington, Connecticut – Dymax Corporation is proud of the participation of its Senior R&D Manager of the Adhesives team at the International Conference on UV LED Technologies & Applications Conference (ICULTA-2018) in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Nebioglu’s technical presentation, “UV Broad Spectrum & LED Curable 100% Solids Very Low Viscosity Conformal Coating”, was held on Monday, April 23, at 11:45 a.m., as part of the Semiconductors & Devices I session.

Dr. Neblioglu discussed the development of 20-30 cP viscosity 100% solids UV/ LED-curable conformal coating for very thin conformal coating applications. Her paper expanded on this knowledge by discussing performance in reliability tests such as heat and humidity resistance (500 hours at 85oC / 85 % relative humidity), and corrosion resistance (flowers of sulfur resistance and salt spray/ salt fog resistance).
