iNEMI Roadmap Highlights Aerospace & Defense Product Emulator Group

There are several considerations that distinguish the products covered by the Aerospace & Defense Product Emulator Group (PEG) chapter from other product sectors in the 2019 iNEMI Roadmap. These include the extremely harsh environments in which the products operate, the level of required security, the desire for reworkability, long duration storage requirements, and the functional lifetime over which the products are expected to perform and be supported.

This webinar highlights the roadmap’s assessments of evolving product requirements, manufacturing infrastructure issues, and technological needs and gaps. It will cover key product attributes and descriptions of market environments and influencers, component attributes, and robust packaging and substrate requirements. Critical challenges facing the sector in the short term will also be presented, along with a vision for the technologies needed to meet future product requirements.
