iNEMI Announces New Project Manager

iNEMI welcomes Urmi Ray as a project manager for iNEMI. She brings a strong and globally recognized background in advanced packaging technologies and program management to our team. Urmi comes to us with 25+ years of industry experience, most recently from STATS ChipPAC (JCET Group), where she was a senior director, focused on advanced system-in-package (SIP) technologies, and before that she was with Qualcomm and Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories. Urmi is currently heading up our first smart manufacturing/packaging project which is focusing on the potential benefits of back-end packaging commonalities.
