Foxconn Reports Unaudited Consolidated Revenue for September 2024

The Company reported unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$733.0 billion for September 2024, representing an increase of 33.69% MoM and 10.94% YoY,
reaching the second highest figure for the same period on record (September 2022 ranked the highest with NT$822.3 billion).

Revenue in the third quarter of 2024 was NT$1,853.7 billion, up by 19.46% QoQ and 20.15% YoY. The result exceeded the company’s original expectations of
significant growth, and reached the highest for the same period (third quarter of 2022 ranked the second highest with NT$1,746.3 billion).

Cumulative revenue for the first nine months of 2024 was NT$4,727.6 billion, anincrease of 9.73% YoY, setting a new high for the same year-to-date period (The first nine months of 2022 ranked the second highest with NT$4,664.9 billion).
