EMSNOW Up Close: ECIA’s Don Elario and Phoenix Contact’s Russ Dzielak

Don Elario is the Electronic Component Industry Association (ECIA)’s Vice President of Industry Practices and Russ Dzielak is Phoenix Contact’s Director of Channel and Key Accounts; they are both part of ECIA’s Global Industry Practices Committee (GIPC) that works together to solve common cross-supply chain industry challenges. A work group of the GIPC has been meeting regularly to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the workplace. This group has issued a report on this topic entitled, “Workplace Disruption – How It Is Changing”.
