Electro Sonic Enters Partnership with CalcuQuote

Toronto, ON (December 5, 2017) – Electro Sonic, a Canadian distributor of electromechanical, interconnect and passive components, recently entered a partnership with CalcuQuote. This move allows Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies using CalcuQuote to search Electro Sonic’s database for pricing and availability information.

CalcuQuote is a Cloud based Quote Management System for high-mix, low-volume Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies. By integrating with major component and electronic suppliers and using custom labor profiles, CalcuQuote creates a sophisticated request for the RFQ process that delivers quotes with unrivaled speed and precision.

The process is simple. EMS companies connect to Electro Sonic’s API (application programming interface) and search for manufacturer part numbers in a Bill of Materials. CalcuQuote then returns Electro Sonic pricing and availability information, as well as other part details for the customer to review. Through CalcuQuote capabilities, the customer can also calculate labor and overhead costs to quote their end-customer accurately.
