BISTel Showcases Adaptive Intelligence Applications for Smarter Manufacturing at SEMICON West, July 10-12, 2018, Booth 1811, South Hall

Located on Stand 1811, South Hall, BISTel will provide customers with a sneak preview of its new Dynamic Fault Detection (DFD), Chamber Matching (CM) and Health Monitoring and Predictive (HMP) analytics solutions all three of which combine to improve quality and yield, reduce costs and heighten overall engineering productivity for semiconductor, flat panel display and electronic assembly manufacturing.
Smart manufacturing, or industry 4.0 as some call it, refers to the ability of smart machines to operate autonomously and communicate directly with manufacturing systems. By evaluating data and monitoring equipment behavior these machines are able to solve problems and make decisions independent of people. BISTel’s adaptive intelligent applications leverage new embedded intelligence and advanced algorithms that make machines and processes smarter leading to higher engineering productivity and yield.
During the annual Semicon West tradeshow in San Francisco, BISTel will feature:
- DFD – A new Dynamic Fault Detection (DFD) solution that improves quality and productivity, offering manufacturers real-time monitoring and detection of full sensor trace data.
- CM – A new Chamber Matching (CM) application that conducts time based, chamber analysis, and is capable of comparing an unlimited number of wafer chambers simultaneously to identify the best performing chamber or golden chamber.
- HMP – A new equipment Health Monitoring and Prediction (HMP) solution that lets manufacturers predict equipment failures before they occur and identifies the remaining useful life (RUL) of machines.
