SPECTROMAXx is from SPECTRO, one of the worldwide leading suppliers of analytical instruments, employing optical emission (Arc/Spark OES, ICP-OES) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) technology.

The SPECTROMAXx Metal Analyzer is used for incoming and outgoing inspections and provides metals analysis of carbon, phosphorous, sulfur and nitrogen. Its testing covers 10 matrices, 65 methods and 54 elements with only one sample. The principle is optical emission spectroscopy (arc spark OES or spark OES). There are currently more than 10,000 SPECTROMAXx systems operating worldwide.
