Advanced MP Technology Acquires EarthTron

Advanced MP Technology, Inc. (AMPT), an industry leader with over 40 years of experience in the distribution of electronic components and provider of supply chain services, announced today the acquisition of EarthTron, an unlimited distributor specializing in sourcing and purchasing excess and obsolete electronic components.

This investment is a natural fit within the global expansion strategy of Advanced MP Technology, by way of offering broad supply chain services globally and regionally to the electronics industry. “The acquisition of EarthTron will expand our market coverage in the southeast US region and create new opportunities for AMPT’s global teams,” commented Homey Shorooghi, CEO at Advanced MP Technology.
