At Electronica 2024, we are launching our new negotiations module “source-to-contract”. To celebrate the launch and equip our customers with the most effective target prices for their next negotiation, we are offering a free benchmarking report to the first 100 companies to sign up.
đź’° Why benchmark your component prices?Different to the price of a PCBAs, the price of electronic components has little to do with a bottom-up cost calculation. At times, it can feel arbitrary. Other companies might be paying up to 80% less for the same components than you are. Knowing where you stand with your prices versus where you should stand is crucial to identifying your categories with the largest savings potential.
⚙️ How does it work? For each component price you submit, we provide a ranking and a target price based on your company’s size and competitiveness. After predicting your target price for your components, we compare it to your current prices. This reveals outliers and highlights components with the highest potential for cost savings. Knowing the target prices to aim for will give you a stronger and more informed position during your next supplier negotiations. To ensure the accuracy of the benchmark, we only include prices associated with actual purchases — no quoted or list prices. All submitted prices from your side, of course, are kept strictly confidential.
🏅 Ready to see where you stand? The offer ends on Dec 31st, 2024 – so act now! Try our new source-to-contract add-on and get your free benchmarking report by signing up below. |
