The 2020 challenges of the pandemic caused demand for devices to fluctuate in a manner that can only be described as a roller-coaster ride, and now we have those devices in desperately short supply. I caught up with Season Group President and CEO Carl Hung to talk to him about disruption and the role of design in planning for and mitigating risk.
