SJ InnoTech introduces the low cost HP-520E Printer
Lanham, MD – Apex Factory Automation, the North American Distributor for SJ InnoTech, introduces the new SJIT HP-520E printer. This platform retains most of the features of its predecessor, the popular HP-520S, but at a new, lower price point.
This printing platform is suitable for any production volume. Its economical price is affordable for smaller shops, yet high-speed operation is available for higher-volume production due to the 3-zone conveyor system. The optional high-speed motors reduce cycle time down to 5 seconds (plus print stroke). The award-winning SJIT machines have received industry accolades over the years by capturing both the Circuits Assembly NPI and Global SMT Technology awards.
The SJ InnoTech HP-520E printer comes standard with a full set of high-end printer features:
- 2D Solder Paste Inspection system
- 3 conveyor zones with autowidth and programmable Y-axis stopper positioning
- 4-element wet/dry stencil cleaner with Orbital Cleaning System
- 5-zone programmable print speeds and pressures for customized print stroke
- Closed Loop, Load Cell print head for continuous print-pressure monitoring
- Side Snugger PCB clamping
- Rugged 1200Kg platform built for many years of trouble-free printing
Additional standard features include a full set of PCB support pins and blocks, full level 1 spares kit, and 2 sets of squeegee blades.
