Packaged in the LFPAK56 (Power SO8) surface-mount package, the BUK6Y series is available in voltages of -30V, -40V and -60V. Designed and qualified to AEC-Q101 standard for use in high-performance automotive applications, the BUK6Y series is rated to 175°C. Applications include reverse battery protection, power management, high-side load switch and motor drive.
