Conrad Business Supplies Offers Wastewater Submersible Pumps for Extreme Environments

February 2018, Conrad Business Supplies now offers various models of the Extrema submersible wastewater pump from T.I.P. (Technische Industrie Produkte). All pumps feature a robust stainless steel motor housing, a water-cooled motor and self-lubricating precision ball bearings, as well as thermal overload protection. These pumps can be used to pump liquids with temperatures of up to 50°C in continuous operation. It is also possible to pump liquids up to 95°C for up to four minutes. The precision cast wheels of the Extrema series are made of high quality cast iron or stainless steel (AISI 304). The Vortex free-flow impeller efficiently prevents clogging of the pump, as dirt particles being swirled and crushed. Therefore, large particles of dirt do not cause a problem.

Application areas of the pumps are MRO (maintenance, repair and operation), building protection as well as drainage. The pumps are suitable for pumping or the recirculation of even heavily contaminated liquids as well as for emergency drainage. The Extreme 300/10 Pro, Extrema 400/11 Pro, and Extrema 500/13 Pro models differ in motor performance, delivery head, and flow rate. The 300/10 model pumps a maximum of 325 liters per minute and has a maximum delivery head of up to 10.5m, the 400/11 offers a maximum of 400 liters and a maximum of 11m delivery head, while the model 500/13 pumps up to 500 liters per minute with a delivery head up to 13m. All pumps are supplied with hose connection bend and connection adapters.
